Fatima E Terrazas-Arellanes

Dr. Fatima E. Terrazas Arellanes received her MS in Special Education and Ph.D. in School Psychology both from the University of Oregon in 2009. She is a Research Associate Professor at the Center for Equity Promotion at the University of Oregon. Dr. Terrazas-Arellanes is a Principal Investigator of federally funded projects to support online-based instruction for middle school students. Dr. Terrazas-Arellanes areas of expertise include: a) bi-literacy instruction for Spanish speaking English Language students, b) use of assistive technology to address the educational needs of students with disabilities, c) research design and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data.
